Get out of your head + into your body is a two-day somatic event (September 28th & 29th) where you will experience profound tools to help shift from the mind to the heart alongside a group of up to 70 individuals. I will be facilitating and speaking with three other healers in the realm of breathwork, energy healing, meditation, intuition, regulating the nervous system, and forgiveness practices that you will be able to take with you as you continue along your journey. We will dive into the pieces that play a role in shifting from being in your head to being in your body, which include the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual parts of ourselves.

The event will be held in Spokane, WA from 10am-7pm each day (28th and 29th) at the Boxcar Room located at:

Lunch will be available for purchase during the designated lunch time each day.

Plan on bringing a blanket, yoga mat, and a pillow with you to make yourselves comfortable.
